Steven Adair MacDonald & Partners, P.C. Jethro S. Busch is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, several United States District Courts, and all the courts of the State of California.<\/p>\n

Jethro received his undergraduate degree from the University of California (Berkeley), holds a law degree from Tulane University, and has been practicing law since 1981. His practice consists primarily of real estate litigation, including wrongful eviction and habitability disputes, disputes connected with buying or selling real property, and disputes between co-owners or condo owners.<\/p>\n

Jethro is also a published author in the real estate field, served for five (5) years on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California (which subsequently was spun off into the California Lawyers Association), and served for several years as the co-chair of the State Bar Landlord-Tenant Subsection.<\/p>\n

Jethro has taught numerous continuing legal education classes to other attorneys, including at numerous Annual Meetings of the State Bar, and at several Real Property Law Section Annual Retreats.<\/p>\n

In his free time, Jethro enjoys cooking\/baking, going to museums, travel, reading, and watching movies (including at the Silent Film Festival).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
